What I do with your details.
Last updated 2026. This is written in plain language on purpose. If you need a formal version for a procurement file, email me and I will send one.
What I collect
Anything you type into the enquiry or sign up forms. That is typically your name, email address, organisation and whatever you tell me about your situation. The site also records basic, aggregated visit statistics. No advertising trackers, no session recording, no third party pixels.
Why I have it
To reply to you, to run the work we agree on, and to send the Monday note if you asked for it. Nothing else.
Where it is kept
Enquiries and subscriber records are stored with Supabase, and email is sent through Resend. Both are reputable providers with their own security commitments. The site is hosted on Vercel.
Who else sees it
Nobody. I do not sell, rent or share your details. If a project needs a specialist from my network, I tell you who they are before anything is shared with them.
How long I keep it
Enquiries for two years, so I have context if you come back. Client records for seven years, which is what tax and audit obligations require. Subscriber records until you unsubscribe.
Your call
Ask me for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@yawn.marketing and it is done within seven days.
